  • Please report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.
 
Shipping and Delivery Policy
As a local store, we handle all deliveries personally. After placing your order:
  • We will finalize a pick-up or delivery date and time with you.
  • Urgent requests can be accommodated — just reach out!
 
Custom Orders and Personalized Items
For custom projects, the following terms apply:
  • Lead times and deadlines will be discussed and approved before production begins.
  • Revisions can be requested before production but may be limited afterward.
Intellectual Property Policy
  • All designs and items sold by our store are for personal use only. Items purchased must not be resold.
Sustainability Policy
  • We strive to use eco-friendly packaging materials and make efforts to source sustainable materials whenever possible.
